All About Reiki

Reiki is a form of energy healing providing deep relaxation to the nervous system and balance to the entire body. In these treatments you will receive an in person Reiki treatment with Reiki Master, Skylar Shay. You can expect to receive some intuitive messages to propel you forward in life, along with a powerful energy reset leaving you feeling a greater sense of balance and ease in body, mind and spirit.
Yes, Reiki can be done virtually - this is what we refer to as “distance reiki”
Not only is distance reiki possible, some find it more effective & powerful when done from the comfort of their own home!
Reiki is effective as a stand-alone treatment or when applied as an adjunctive treatment with psychotherapy, or other holistic wellness services.
Benefits of reiki may include:
Improved mood, pain management, overall relaxation, improved sleep, stress management, emotional healing, and immune system support.
Reiki is typically not covered by insurance, however, it may be covered as part of another treatment, when combined.

The Up-Leveller Transformation Session (Virtual)

Experience an empowering 1:1 session with Skylar. This personalized session is designed to establish energetic alignment, enabling you to delve within, nurture your inner strength, and rewire neural pathways for optimal alignment and growth.
Skylar's exceptional expertise in energy healing, hypnotherapy, and as an intuitive makes her the ideal guide for uplifting your soul to its highest potential. Mentally, energetically, and emotionally, she will provide a safe and gentle space for you to bring harmony within and gain clarity, motivation and energy to move forward in life, while feeling a great sense of peace and presence for the present moment.
This session is intended to help you create deep shifts in energy, emotion and mindset. Helping you break free of anxious patterns, worry loops and more.
In-Person Reiki Treatments

In-person reiki treatments are held on a monthly basis, during what we call “pop up” days!
