Neurofeedback can help change the way you think and feel and can also increase cognitive functioning.

Neurofeedback treatment strengthens the brain’s ability to generate appropriate brainwave patterns that can lead to long-term improvement.

It is a safe & non-invasive way to train the brain to be more calm, relaxed & focused.

  • It is recommended that individuals receive up to 20 sessions to receive the most benefit from this type of treatment.

  • Neurofeedback may help with:

    • Migraine Headaches

    • Stress

    • ADHD

    • Anxiety

    • Depression

    • PTSD

    • Brain injuries

Combining Neurofeedback + ADHD Coaching

Combining neurofeedback with ADHD Coaching offers a holistic & comprehensive approach to treating symptoms of ADHD.

Neurofeedback will help individuals train the brain to regulate it’s activity, while ADHD Coaching will assist with symptom management, as well as developing coping skills & practical strategies to manage daily challenges related to ADHD.

Purchasing Individual Sessions vs. Packages

Although treatment plans are personally customized for each client, the typical number of sessions recommended is 20 neurofeedback sessions.

We typically recommend that you purchase packages of sessions. Packages not only save you money in the long run, they are also a way to keep you motivated & engaged in the process. Purchasing packages in advance allows you to schedule all of your sessions in advance in order to ensure a consistent treatment schedule, which will optimize results.

Packages can be paid in advance, or sessions can be paid at the time of service.

Payments can be paid using credit card or debit card at this time.
