A 7-week psychoeducational group that focuses on how experiencing adversity in childhood affects how we communicate with ourselves and others in adulthood.

Cognitive cycles are explored, and strategies are provided to help shift away from maladaptive patterns.

The cost of this group is $425.00 inclusive.
