ABOUT TAYLOR
Taylor (she/her) believes in a holistic, client-centered and collaborative approach to psychotherapy. Taylor sees her clients as the expert in their own story and her intention is to provide the space, tools and support to aid in her clients journey to personal growth.
Taylor's goal is for you to feel seen, heard and valued. She strives to provide a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space where you can work together to identify your values, strengths, and the steps you want to take to move forward. Taylor believes in incorporating a variety of therapeutic approaches to best fit the clients individual needs and goals.
Taylor is passionate about working with youth and young adults to manage a variety of mental health related challenges. This includes, but is not limited to; trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, neurodivergence, relationships, life transitions, self-esteem, coping with daily stressors, and relationships.

Taylor is a skilled counsellor with an extensive background supporting clients with complex needs and concurrent disorders including trauma, mental health challenges, addiction, homelessness, and developmental delays.
Her work at community agencies in various roles supporting survivors of sexual violence, those experiencing addictions & mental health concerns, supporting the neurodivergent population, and supporting the vulnerable local youth in her area - Taylor brings a wealth of diverse experience into her therapy practice.
