ABOUT CRYSTAL
Crystal, from Pedherney Holistic is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist specializing in women’s health, with a focus on guiding women through significant life transitions. Whether it's balancing the demands of motherhood, navigating perimenopause, or managing emotional overwhelm, Crystal combines her expertise in nutrition, nervous system regulation, and energy healing to offer comprehensive support. Her approach integrates mindfulness, emotional wellness, and personalized nutrition strategies to help women feel empowered and aligned in their bodies.
Her journey into nutrition stems from a deep connection to nature and a desire to help women achieve optimal health through natural, nourishing means. Crystal believes in the power of food as medicine and designs personalized nutrition plans that support hormonal balance, emotional well-being, and overall vitality. From cycle-syncing nutrition for any phase of life, to birth and postpartum support throughout motherhood, and navigating the ups and downs of perimenopause, she empowers clients to embrace food as a tool for healing and transformation.
In addition to her role as a nutritionist, Crystal is a mother of five and actively embraces a homesteading lifestyle in Westport, Ontario. She enjoys activities like tennis and playing the ukulele, all while crafting natural soaps and nurturing her connection with the land. Crystal's holistic approach extends beyond diet and nutrition; it encompasses a full spectrum of emotional, physical, and spiritual support that helps women thrive during key life transitions.
