Breathwork as a stand-alone practice, stems from Cannabis-Assisted Breathwork training. This offering utilizes the breath to achieve an altered state of consciousness for the purpose of personal growth. It is not a substitute for psychotherapy or medical treatment. The goal of this practice is to activate the full nervous system through use of a circular style of breathing that allows clients to access shifts in awareness and perspective. It may also elicit strong emotional and physical releases. Completion of a brief screening form is required as some pre-existing conditions are contraindicated for this practice.

Cannabis-Assisted Meditation involves working with low-dose Cannabis edibles as a way of deepening into a relaxed state through a guided body scan meditation followed by a post-meditation integration exercise. When one can fully surrender into the body, tension held in the tissues softens, making space for insights and new levels of self-awareness to become accessible. An intake session is required to explore intention / motivation, prior experience, and dosing. It is recommended that participants also consult with their family doctor in the event of pre-existing medical conditions.
